Indian Railway – Catering service in Train

I have booked ticket from Trivandrum to Nizamuddin with boarding at Ratnagiri by 12431 Rajdhani Exp with PNR No 4309962070. I ordered Veg Continental food in dinner on 26-Sep-15 but I was denied that the same cannot be provided. I was given a very poor, tasteless and very poor quality regular veg food which my daughter could not eat & slept hungry. In morning I asked for bed tea in flask which was also not given. This type of service is not expected in Rajdhani train. The train reached Nizamuddin at 17:15 hrs & we were provided only dal rice as mini- lunch on 27-Sep-15 against full lunch meal charged in the ticket. I need compensation of Rs 25000/- from IRCTC towards the sufferings given to my daughter by catering crew of Rajdhani Exp by keeping her hungry.
