On 20th September 2017 I received a call from India Shopping Mart that I have been selected for an assured gift (Sony LED TV / Dell Laptop / Samsung Smartphone) as the company is promoting their marketing expansion. The selection was based on one of my purchases from Paytm, giving me the details of the purchase. They asked me to purchase something which sums up to Rs.3000. Monika Singh dealt with me for shipping guarantee and informed me they will ship the product to my address. They had the complete detail of my Paytm order, my addresses saved on Paytm – hence I had no reason to doubt them and believed them to be a part of the Paytm team.

Next day they provoked me with a cash price of 5Lacs 20 Thousand and for that I was asked to pay an amount of 19,000/- towards link fees in order to transfer the money to my account and again another person, Amit Agnihotri approached me for 5% tax as per rules under GST and IT so as to transfer 5 lakh 20 thousand rupees to my account I had to pay 26000/- rupees by online transfer to New Life account GURGAON, INDUSINDGST taxes BANK LTD. I transferred the half of the amount (13000/- against GST taxes, using an SBI account) for them to transfer half of the amount (2,60,000/-) to one of my accounts first. When the money from their side was not released, I tried calling for a complete refund and stating that I don’t want any cash price at all, to which they replied that the money will be kept on hold by the bank for 45 days and only after that the money will be returned. I asked for a written statement but they denied giving anything in writing. I had recorded many of their phone call conversations and had received a message giving their bank details and that one regarding the confirmation of my product (Rs. 3499/- for the earlier order). Now they are avoiding my calls and trying to get away with this situation. After surfing on the net, I have found that there are several complaints against this company and possibly no action has been taken against them till now. They are now not picking up my phone. I paid them a total sum of Rs 35,499/-in total. The various phone no.s they used to call me were as follows.. +919210505534 this is Amit Agnihotri’s personal number. Another mobile no used by Monika Singh was +919718819804 apart from these personal No’s used by the fraud team, one more telephone no was used often and that is +911203062244. It is my request to please catch this entire team and put them in custody so as to prevent further fraudulent practices. And try to give back the people their money who have believed in them and suffered a huge loss. Their Account details are –
