Dear Sir /Madm This is to inform you that I ordered a mobile phone on online site hugefhone.com on 13.April.17, Hugefhone Sales Exicutive Mr Rakesh mobile number of 8505820610 called for me and said that your loan as approved please pay to down payment of Rs.3000 /- and mobile will delivered on 72 hours. I pay the downpayment Rs.3000 /-on 17.april.2017 through netbanking but my mobile as not recived me for morethan 72 hrs , i called to customer care and they are informed that please send a refund request for this id [email protected] / I already send a request for more than 15 times and thet are not respond my mail & Call / I send a request for many times and my refund amount not credited for morethan 40 days.
