I have booked certain urgent tests for Dengue and other related ailments, the sample collector came late by atleast 2 hours from the stated time and then though promised to get reports by evening, we have been chasing for reports for more than 30 hours considering a kid is suffering from high fever and we relied on a reputed online diagnostic center. Their services and staff are all lies and uncourteous, never ever even try to try them.
