I have been a regular customer of healthians… On women’s day they sent a sms on my registered mobile number of a discount of Rs 300….When I called to book the blood tests and avail my discount then the person concerned told me that there are terms and conditions and a minimum amount on which the discount can be availed… I pointed out that the sms does not mention any minimum amount or package necessary to avail the discount but there was no one to honour the sms.I wish they would not mislead their regular customers like this.It shakes ones belief in the organisation.
