I appreciate (though I should not) the initiative taken by the team to introduce this innovative preventive health check ups.
There are 3 things that I wish to bring to the notice of the management.
1. When a person is booking the test, u should not show on your website that the reports would be delivered same day when you cannot deliver.

3. Your rude agents claim TAT to be 24 hours, however its more than 29 hours, I’d been waiting for my reports, after repeated follow-ups with the customer care, I was finally told that the sample was not collected properly…
