Gwalia Sweets – Rasgullas with Insects

DO YOU ALL GET HYGINE SWEETS IN AHMEDABAD??
Let me share my experience with some facts.
I have visited Gwalia Sweets (Bopal Junction Branch) on 25/02/2016 Thursday at around 09:15 pm to buy Ras Gulla.
I have been fan of Ras Gulla of Gwalia Sweets since long. The display showed that there were only 3-4 Rasgullas in the Chiller. So I asked if they had more. The person sitting on the counter said he has more. Thereafter he went back counter and there was a tin from which he was packing the Rasgullas.
Being foodie and out of the curiosity I just went there to see the stock and was just shocked. The entire container of Rasgullas was full of insects. I asked the waiter that what is it and how can he serve this. The waiter replied that it is normal that this container has insects and whether he should pack for me or not. I denied and just came out of the Store to get my cell phone and click some photos. The waiter who was serving me was staring at me and didn’t even tell me not to take any photos. I took the photos and then there were some guests in the Store to whom I showed the Container. Thereafter I took the container out of the Store. There was some other experienced waiter who was trying to convince me in a proper way. The owner of the Store was busy with some local traffic police as he had wrongly parked his car. Thereafter he came in and said that this was a faulty container and they were about to send it back to the factory and made long stories. If the container was faulty why the waiter was serving me from that pack? Why was the container lying near the service counter? Despite of paying a good sum do we expect this kind of sweets from such a reputed Sweet Mart who has counters across Ahmedabad?
I think Food Control Department, Health Department & Grahak Suraksha should take care of this and visit not all the stores but their factories as well.
Please be careful of buying loose Sweets from Gwalia Sweet Mart.
