We have purchsed 1 unit of 150 sq yards plot in Bhiwadi Sector 88 and deposited Rs.4 lakhs as initial instalment in 2014 through cheque. We didn’t receive any receipt or letter even after very aggressive follow-up with their then VP Mr. Kamal Verma for more than year and half. After that, we got one intimation from their end to take alternate plot on Aligarh highway which we refused and asked for money refund. Since then, we have no trace of these guys ( Mr. Salim & MR Rizvi – so called Directors). I was out of India for quite some time and now came to know that one group of 30 such buyers got together and got their money retrieved around year back. if there are more such buyers or any group who is still trying to get their money back. please contact me at
