Have purchased PS 4 PRO from this fraud sellers ELECTRONICBAZAR ( Bill by GEET ENTERPRISES ) and received yesterday, following is the problem with the products:

1. The warranty card was not there in the package because it was not genuine product which Sony authorised outlets or dealers sold in India. it was imported product from the unlawful channel. Dear flipkart ask them how do I get repaired my ps 4 pro if it gets more faults or damage without warranty card.

2. product was not getting turn on after repeated attempts

3. power cable is loose etc.

I want flipkart to ban these sellers from selling their faulty products until these start selling genuine products in India.These sellers should feel guilty of them self for fooling the loyal customers of flipkart. I want my refund and get it purchased from other flipkart dealers. There ia a process that you need to mention your phone number and email id in your tax invoice but didnt mentioned because they know they are sending faulty products to their customers. They neither charges CGST & SGST in thier bill as well, i mean what the hell wring with this country tax systems. Now i will let them know how to make fool thier customers.
