The firm has changed its original name of SRR Group to Excel Dwellings. They have changed their office location also. They promised a lot and got customers to buy their plots and took money from several customers to build their Villas in their project SRR Exurbia at Anekal in the year 2009. Only a few Villas were built and handed over. Several other customers have been left high and dry with their money blocked with SRR Group. Despite having entered into proper legal contracts with their customers, they have not completed their Villas and are asking for more money even though they are now supposed to pay money to these customers as Late Delivery / Default charges. They are neither completing their promised Villas nor giving back the money which they have taken in advance from the customers. They are not even picking up calls from these customers or meeting them. Fed up with all this, some of the customers have gone to Consumer Court and their cases are going on for the past one year. Sincere advice is – Do not trust this Developer / Company and look somewhere else to buy a plot or a Villa.
