I have worked for estiva softech pvt ltd for five months from 02-march-2017 to 31-july-2017, i have resigned from the company but i did not get my one and half month salary and other documents. Also he did deduct 10% amount from my salary which did not tell before at the time of joining. After that i have made a lot of phone calls to company honor but he never picked up my call, after that i have started mailing to the company honor and he did not reply on the mail now they never reply on my mail. They did this type of things with other employees also. Please take an appropriate action so that i can get my salary. The owner rupesh kumar is the responsible person for this. He called himself as sam company address is – a-1304, gd colony mayur vihar phase-3. Delhi.
