I have fixed deposit of Rs. 25,000/- with Elder Pharmaceuticals which has fallen due on 22 January 2016. The Company has neither repaid the principal amount nor the interest for over 2 years. Hope this Forum can arrange for a refund of the Fixed Deposit amount and the interest on the same as we are dependent on the funds kept unlawfully by the Company.
