Ref: Our FD Receipt No.C 57070, dated 03.11.2010, for
Rs. 40,000/- having a maturity value of Rs. 53,010/-
Our above mentioned deposit was matured on 03.11.2013. I had sent the
original FD receipt, duly discharged on the reverse , on 03.11.2013
itself, to enable you to refund the amount, with interest. I have not
received your refund cheque till date. I have been following up this
matter with your FD department. As I am a retired senior citizen, I
request you to refund the maturity amount of my deposit urgently,
without further delay.
