The Government should take serious action on defaulting companies such as Elder Pharma, Plethico Pharma, Indore etc. The regulators such as SEBI, RBI, ROC, CLB, Min.of Corporate affairs, etc. All those should jointly file prosecution portions, and all the assets to be E-auctioned through Court supervision and return the FD amount along with interest at the earliest.
