Elder Pharma – Interest cheques being returned by the company’s bank stating insufficient funds

My Dad who is a senior citizen holds Fixed deposit of Elder Pharma (receipt no. N71259). All the interest cheques of the company is returned back by the company’s bank stating reasons as insufficient funds. We are trying to reach the company and nobody is responding also the e-mails are left unresponded. The company should keep informed about its financial position to its investors as a matter of courtesy and considering that the hard earned savings have been invested. Pls. help
