Elder Pharma – Fixed deposit interetst not paid from 1.1.2015 by elder pharmaceuticals MUMBAI

I hold a deposit for INR 4,20,000 with elder pharmaand my fdr no is N 80792 and they not paid interest from 1.1.2015. I have sent many mails to elder pharma and roc mumbai. I contacted one m/s latika bhosale from mumbai roc and she said that case is filed in mumbai high court to pay our dues. I donot know when the judgement will come and when they will pay our dues.
