My mother who is a senior citizen has an amount invested in Elder Pharma FD. The interest warrants have bounced back with comment ‘refer to drawer’. The company has not responded to email or physical letter send via speed post. (Ref FDR N82837 Warrant No. 624109)
This is a cause of concern. Would like to join a forum to take the company to court for dishonour of cheque – which is a legal offence.
