I have received a duplicate item that is not as shown in the advertisement.
Also as per the return policy they had agreed for return not replacement but when i contacted they told only replacement is available.
So we have to again buy duplicate item from their site on higher prices.
Also no proper customer support.
Total waste of time and money.
Please take appropriate action .In future this should not happen to anyone
Received a fake content. Poor quality. And not able to return
I received a product in which the duppata was different. One than one which was displayed in site…i rised a return and request stating that im not satisfied.but drapino asks me to use t product as it is of good quality.when im not satisfied with the product how can i use it..plz taje prior action.
