dejavutrends – dejavutrends is fraud

Hi . i had ordered a graphic card worth 14800 from dejavu trends paid through debit card but even after 6 months i didnt receive the product. i called the customer support guys they call EBS but no results.they kept on telling that wait and please be patient. i send emails to the merchant but they kept on ignoring.one day their support team guy from EBS told that this is a fraud company and the company is holding a negative balance of around 18 lacs. he told me to fill a customer dispute form which is easily available in the bank from which the transaction is made.i filled the dispute form and attached the email conversations with the merchant and support guys EBS.After submitting the dispute form after one month the bank cancelled the transaction and i got the refund back in my account 🙂
