I ordered dcp-1511 printer from dejavutrends on 23/02/2014. its been a month since it was ordered. They don’t respond for mails or calls. I should have searched better about this company before placing the order. This was a holi gift, the festival has come and gone but not the product. This is a fraud company ruined entire indian online consumers confidence after reading the complaints. I don’t know what to do, is there any help from governament to help the consumer ?
