Hi,
Today(20-March-2017) Morning i got a call from number 7836069461,they said this call is regarding axis bank card converstion to axisbank moneyback card and they asked me to provide the card details and i have given the details and they said before converting the card you need to reedeem your edge reward point otherwise you will loose it.For this they said before converstion card we can convert points to cash and cash will be credited in your account.For this they taken my card details and asked me to enter cvv in my mobile through IVR call so i entered i got OTP they asked me to say the otp i said the opt then Rs 8458 money got debited in my account and as a well as from my credit card total 16916 Rs ,then i asked them regardig the deduction of amount they said your money will be credited back in 24hours.
Please help me on this.
