Dear Sir,
I am writing to you against my issue : I have invested in Ireo Fiveriver Project in Pinjore Kalka Complex , Distt Panchkula , I had Booked a Flat T1-1403 and after about paying for about a year of EMI to the Builder , they called us to their office in Sector-9 Chandigarh, SCO-6-7-8 and told we would not be making this project and we said why , they had no reason to justify and on requesting to pay our paid amount back, they refused. I have been requesting them on mails and also visited their office many times, but they have stopped responding. They have stopped all work at construction site and not even refunding our money. My sincere request to take serious action against them , as they have taken my hard earned money . I will be happy to provide all details to justify my concern also.
Request your office action on the Builder and also pls demand official explanation from them. looking forward for your kind support on this pls. I am sure like me 100’s of people are dommed and have lost lot of their hard earned money,
