I am from Trivandrum, Kerala. I have ordered an item through Shopclues (order no. 74783530) and they sent it through Book My Packet. But I did not get the item but Book My Packet has confirmed that it was delivered. So now shopclues is not delivering the product. I think Book My Packet has stolen the item. When tracked using tracking number 95980715, it is shown as delivered. Later I understood that BMP has no office or contact number in Kerala and they deliver goods through third party.
