I made payment for bsnl broadband thorough bhim application on 19 April2017 for Rs.1310but without tanking my broadband no. and account no amount debited from my account and credited to B’s nl vide transactions no.710907212745 dy. 19april2017. kindly locate my money’s whereabouts. Thanks
