I have a flat 2 BHK in Maya Garden city Zirkpur. During possession of flat It was promised that all the flat owners will get one inverter free with in the month time. But only few selected owners have been issued inverters and remaining are still waiting for the same for the last one year. Builder has not given all the facilities as committed such as power backup, club, swimming pool etc. they are the biggest fraud.
