Dear sir, I ordered a watch named Winner Power Black Dial Luxury Watch from online shopping site Addicshop.com on 8th of May 2017 , order number 100018484. As the delivery reached me within few days and I opened the pack just to find a watch which was not even working. I contacted the vendor and he pursued me to return the product and have a refund within a stipulated time of 7 days. I returned the watch to the prescribed Delivery service and got the receipt. I even got a mail from addicshop that your amount will be refunded within 24 hours on May 22 , but they failed to deliver on their promise. I even contacted them several times but they only keep on assuring me, and now aren’t even taking calls. Please look into the matter and make them compensate for the time I waited for my very own cash
